I love pure rimfire accuracy.

It's the only thing that drives me these days....

I don't make RFBR guns any longer, haven't in some years now...

But, advancing rimfire accuracy still burns deep within me.....

About the slow decline of IR-50 over the past few years, compared to ARA or the PSL....

CYA friends, if IR-50 folded today, it would not alter my life in any manner....I mean any manner, none...absolutely none....

So why am I doing this?

For two reasons:

1. I was asked to help......

So I decided to use my doodling to assist....

2. And reason number two.......I love pure rimfire accuracy, above all else.

It's just that simple.....

Why are we talking about IR-50 needing change?

If IR-50 attendance, at their big nationals, was on par with ARA, like it used to be several years ago, there would be no reason for discussing change.

There's only one question to answer, here.

Why has ARA attendance remained fairly high, and IR-50 attendance fallen away so much......at the big nationals?

Even IR-50's Unlimited Nationals, which allows ARA/PSL shooters to easily participate, doesn't have ARA's attendance.

There is an answer......and that answer is staring us in the face.

A hint:

What's the reason IR-50 can't get, at least, a good portion of the 500 or so ARA/PSL shooters to their Unlimited Nationals?

PS:

IR-50 has a ready made pool of 500, plus, ARA/PSL shooters who could attend their Unlimited Nationals.

Why can't they attract them?
